Meaningful Anniversary

Though the number of years we've been married wasn't terribly monumental (4 years) the timing of of this anniversary made it a very meaningful one. All our other anniversaries were simply just another year because we hadn't faced anything too challenging together. This year, on the other hand, was different. For me, I actually was put to the test on trusting your husband and being quietly submissive in obedience to the Lord even if your aren't 'thrilled' with the decision they've made or the timing of it. Meek and submissive aren't two qualities that are natural for me:) We appreciated this anniversary more because of the transition we've been going through the last few months and the growth we are experiencing because of that transition.
A big THANK YOU to the Stulce Family for watching the boys for us last night so we could celebrate August 6th just the two of us!
