Things can only get better...

Still having a bit of a hard time adjusting from leaving the wonderful group of family/friends we had in Dallas but this week was encouraging. We went to the farmers market which was fun until we realized that our vegetarian son was taking bites out of tomatoes/strawberries/peaches as we walked around. Needless to say, we ended up buying a lot and most of it Jack had already licked/bitten into! We went over to some of friends, Clay and Kirsten's, house for dinner one night. They went to Baylor and have a little boy Noah who was born 3 days after Jack and they are in the same MDO class. Then we visited a church we've been to several times but we hadn't found a bible fellowship class that fit for us. This time we found a group that we are still a little young for but they were so welcoming and we felt a little at home which was nice. Noah and Kirsten came over to play and the boys seemed to have a blast! Jack was so excited to play with someone beside me:) And Jacob, well, he is still just as cute/sweet as ever.

typical baby Jacob...

Jacob wasn't enjoying the head grab from Jack

They were NOT interested in storytime at PBK. See how mad they look? I was hoping they'd like it since they give out coupons to everyone who comes...oh well...

Jerica! I keep meaning to tell you... do you remember Natalie Price from Baylor? Short, cute, super sweet East Texas girl? She and her husband just moved to OKC?Edmond... I thought of you when I saw it on facebook because while they don't have kiddos it might be a fun couple for y'all to hang out with. She is going to be teaching and he is in law school, but was formally a high school football coach... I'd be happy to get contact info from her for you if you are interested! Let me know!
